Is there a free trial?
Yes. Our FREE trial gives you full premium access for one term or semester, no credit card required. After the trial, choose a paid plan to continue.
How is billing calculated?
You pay a small per-student monthly fee based on your chosen tier. A minimum applies for small schools. Billing is monthly and you can cancel any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin dashboard settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What is the Community plan?
Community is our free tier for schools that belong to a wider network, such as a district office, a church, an NGO or a school group. You get core school management at no cost, and the network sees summary statistics for planning. Joining is optional and available on every plan, so a Premium school can still report to its community.
What can a district education office see about my school?
Aggregate summaries only: enrolment and staff totals, attendance rates, exam averages and fee collection percentages. They cannot see individual student records, staff records, payroll, or your school's revenue, and they cannot edit any of your data. You can leave a district at any time.
How does my school join a district?
Either the district invites you by email, or you search for your district under District Connection in your dashboard and request to join. Both routes need approval from the other side before any data is shared.
Is my school's data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our database provider, with role-based access control and audit logging. Every school's data is isolated from every other school. Backups are handled by our managed database platform.
How many staff accounts can I create?
Unlimited on every plan, including the free trial. Create as many staff accounts as your school needs.
Does it work on mobile phones?
Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
What countries are supported?
Ghana. We are focused on getting it right here first.
How secure is my school's data?
